• Roll your bottom lip over your teeth
• Rest your top teeth on top
• Draw lips forward and tight to close
• Blow out like through a straw (or blowing a spitball)
• Lower tongue (imagine ahhhh)
• Keep bottom lip tight like putting on chapstick
• How much mouthpiece? Put your thumb in your mouth upside down. Let your lip and bottom teeth rest where you nail meets your skin
