- Roll your bottom lip over your teeth
- Rest your top teeth on top
- Draw lips forward and tight to close
- Blow out like through a straw (or blowing a spitball)
- Lower tongue (imagine ahhhh)
- Keep bottom lip tight like putting on chapstick
- How much mouthpiece? Put your thumb in your mouth upside down. Let your lip and bottom teeth rest where you nail meets your skin.
